5.1 Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a fully integrated, relational, financial database. It allows you to enter and maintain your general ledger, inventory, sales and receivables, purchases and payables, resources, and job and campaign tracking activity all in one place, one time, allowing you to have one software package instead of several.
It’s a graphically based solution, cost effective and is fast to implement and easy to customize, maintain and use. It is specifically designed for small to mid-sized organizations seeking one solution to help increase productivity without disrupting everyday business operations.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV delivers integrated functionality for financial management, supply chain collaboration, CRM and e-commerce.
5.2 Navision Payroll
SaCIP has developed a Navision Payroll fitting Zambian and international requirements as an add-on to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product for clients who respect absolute integration in an organization. This tool is not available in standard NAV due to varying Payroll regulations in different countries.
This is a very important tool and is integrated to the General Ledger, Debtors and the Advance HR modules
5.3 Navision for Credit Unions (NAV4CU)
This is another excellent innovation from SaCIP. Financial Services are not easily accessible by the majority middle income and the poor. These instead depend on Savings & Credit Co-operatives (SACCOs), sometimes known as Credit Unions, for their savings and loans. Sometimes these organizations grow bigger and administer large sums of money. When such a scenario appears the organization becomes much more complex and managing finances with manual systems untenable. Therefore need for a stable and transparent IT system that can provide the Financial Statements and necessary member Statements and Reports was unavoidable.
Until NAV4CU, an integrated Savings and Loan Management product for micro-banking within Microsoft Dynamics NAV, was developed, no satisfactory and affordable SACCO systems have been available. NAV4CU is fully integrated with the accounting system and it’s the SACCOs answer
It is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV’s powerful and reliable database. The result is a high performing micro-banking system comprising; member register, guarantor register, deduction lists, defaulters lists, cash disbursement journals, loan processing, interest calculation, dividend calculation etc
5.4 Advanced Human Resources System
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Advanced HR System is an extensive human resources package that helps you to efficiently and effectively direct and manage your daily HR functions.
The NAV HR system is barely a skeleton comprising an employee card and absence registration. The Advanced HR module is an enhancement by SaCIP which has incorporated all HR practices. From hiring the right staff to analyzing pertinent information, the Advanced Human Resources module helps you get the job done with minimal effort and maximum control.
5.4 Advanced Human Resources System
SaCIP has developed various value-added solutions. These have included; an On-line receipting granule that enables you print electronic receipts as well as post to the relevant accounts on-line, a payment voucher which does almost as the receipting system, a purchase/stores requisition management system, used for on-line procurement requisitions and item requisitions by employees, section Heads and Heads of Departments. These are usually customized to the requirements of each organization.
Currently, a maintenance management system is under development for Ndola Lime.

Because of clients need for complete solutions, SaCIP as a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner Provides complete Microsoft solutions on demand.
These include but not limited to Windows Server 2003, Operation Systems – XP & Vista, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Office System and several other Microsoft Solutions.
Apart from delivering these solutions SaCIP equally provides training on all these solutions – Custom and Microsoft Certification.
5.7 Training Solutions
SaCIP offers specialized training in the use and administration of all the systems we distribute, develop or customize.
This includes training in Microsoft Dynamics NAV standard functionality and related add-ons, in monitoring and evaluation systems, database management systems, Timesheet Professional and training in other products. SaCIP’s trainings include MS Windows Server, Operating Systems – XP & Vista, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Office System and several other Microsoft Solutions though such are currently arranged with the end-users.
SaCIP is currently working on the Microsoft Learning Solution competency and once this is attained, it should soon expend its services to learning solutions status.
